The 2025 Sustainability Symposium will convene industry leaders to explore the tools and strategies driving sustainability and resilience across global industries.
The day’s Keynote and 6 Sessions will focus on:
- Industries that provide the essential technology and resources needed to drive sustainable practices
- Advancements in clean energy, sustainable finance, and sustainable manufacturing
- How specific industries—fashion, electronics, and food—aim to meet their sustainability goals
- The challenges and opportunities these sectors face in implementing regenerative systems, reducing waste, and transitioning to low-carbon operations
- Insights into the strategies that will shape the future of sustainable business
The Symposium is a focal point for the Sustainability Management program and the Columbia Climate School more broadly. It brings together hundreds of graduate students, Columbia faculty, and sustainability practitioners from the Tri-State area for meaningful conversations, knowledge sharing, and robust networking opportunities.
