Columbia Business School’s Private Equity and Venture Capital Club and The Private Equity Program is hosting their 19th annual Private Equity & Venture Capital Conference.
This year’s conference will bring 800 professionals, alumni, and students to Alfred Lerner Hall for a day of candid discussion on the state of the industry. The 2013 Conference theme ‘Creating Value in a Shifting Landscape’ will focus on the emerging challenges and opportunities facing the private equity and venture capital industries in the coming year. Panelists will discuss a breadth of topics including middle market operational investment, the wave of early stage investment, and the directive between General and Limited partners.
The goals of this conference are to educate, promote discussion, and provide a forum for interaction between academics, professionals, and students who are active in the private equity and venture capital communities. New York City is at the epicenter of these industries, and Columbia Business School is committed to being a leading mentor in developing the next generation of industry talent.
