SUMASA is proud to present its major student-run event – 2013 Sustainable Perspectives Symposium: The Systems Approach
In order to develop viable solutions to the problems facing our global society, we need to understand how to think sustainably — and systematically. SPER’2013 is a half-day symposium of dynamic speakers across many industries and a panel discussion dedicated to applied systems thinking.
Keynote speaker, Elizabeth Thompson of the Buckminster Fuller Institute, will unpack the core concepts of systems thinking and show how they’re being implemented with new approaches to design.
Check out the full list of speakers and register today!
WHEN: Saturday, March 30th, 2013 9:30 am – 2:30 pm
WHERE: Low Library, Morningside Campus
The event will be shot on video to be used for SUMASA and MSSM program promotion and information materials.
