Financing Infrastructure projects in Water and Sanitation using State Revolving Funds
Tomorrow from 1-2PM in IAB 402, Mr. Roy Torkelson will discuss Financing Infrastructure projects in Water and Sanitation using State Revolving Funds (SRFs), drawing on his experience consulting the New York Water Authority and Bond Bank of Kenya. He is currently a Board Member of the United Nations Secretary General’s Advisory Board on Water and Sanitation (UNSGAB), an independent body, formerly chaired by His Royal Highness the King of the Netherlands. He is also Managing Director at Bond Factor, a new municipal bond insurance company in its start up phase with a focus on serving public finance issuers.
