Info Session with EDF Climate Corps – Thursday, November 15th

You are invited to an info session with EDF Climate Corps on Thursday, November 15th at 1pm. EDF Climate Corps (www.edfclimatecorps.org) places top tier graduate-level students in companies, cities and universities to build the business case for energy efficiency. During the course of a 10-12 week summer engagement, EDF Climate Corps fellows analyze energy-saving opportunities and develop custom energy management plans that cut costs and carbon emissions. Since 2008, EDF Climate Corps fellows have identified $1.1 billion in net operational cost savings and cut 1.7 billion kilowatt hours of electricity, equivalent to the annual energy use of 130,000 homes.

This is the inaugural Earth Institute alumni event and we are thrilled to invite current students to meet with alumni from the MPA in Environmental Science and Policy, MS in Sustainability Management, Undergraduate Program in Sustainable Development, MPA in Development Practice, MA in Climate and Society, and CERC’s Certificate Program.
